Niv Easter set off from Kirk Yetholm yesterday morning to walk the length of Scotland, raising money for Scottish Mountain Rescue as he goes. A couple of BSARU team members were there to see him off.
His planned route is as follows:
- Kirk Yetholm on the 29th April
- Edinburgh on the 3rd of May
- Aberfoyle on the 7th of May
- Comrie on the 9th of May
- Blair Atholl on the 12th of May
- Kingussie on the 15th of May
- Morvich on the 21st of May
- Kinlochewe on the 25th of May
- Inverlael on the 1st of June
- Rhiconich on the 9th of June
- Cape Wrath on the 11th of June
These are planned dates of arrival with departure the following day.
