1st April BSARU Pub quiz held at the Waggon in Kelso raised £127.
No it wasn’t a joke this was a real event! An evening of challenging questions and mars bar cake was enjoyed by all. Thank you to Helen and Gayle for organising this.
2nd April : Andrew Martin and Zak Leifer (see photo left) presented the team with cheque for £120 raised by the cubs on a fudraising night.
16th April Borders Vintage Automobile Club visit to the teams’ base.
22 Members of the club attended a talk given to the group by the team leader and depute. Having the opportunity to look at all the teams’ vehicles and learn about how the team works was very enjoyable and not even the cold snap could put people off.

25th April East Lothian Walking Festival. Team members Mike, Stuart and Helen provided a stall at Haddington Town Hall on the evening of the 25th April while the John Muir trust did a talk. The team provided information on how the team works and what we do, along with promotion of the team sponsored walk.
