Border SAR have had one of their busiest festive periods due to the snow.

Border Search and Rescue have been awarded the Force Excellence Award for 2009 by the Chief Constable.

And the money keeps coming in! The current total is just over £4500, which is fantastic!! And with a few more people still to get their money in, the Sponsored Walk and Challenge Run has been a huge success!! Thank you to everyone for their support!

Once again our team quiz master, Steve has come up trumps with another fun night at the Craw Inn in Auchencrow, which raised over £150 for the team! Well done Steve!

On Sunday 4th October 2009 we will be hitting the Cheviots with 3 route options available; there will be a 23km route, 16km route and a 5km family walk. And this year we have introduced new categories for experienced runners and groups! So there is something for everyone!
